March is officially known as Women’s History Month and we’ve loved seeing women honored, important stories told, and call-outs happening all month long. At Kurandza, we believe that women should be celebrated, lifted up, and given equal opportunities all year long.

Together with your support, we positively impacted 290 lives directly in Mozambique last year. 2020 was a period of growth and change for Kurandza. Our team took the years’ unique set of challenges in stride and our passion shined as we continued to seek ways to maximize our impact.

In a short time, Kurandza has come a long way. If you follow us on Instagram, you have heard a bit about our founder, Elisabetta, and our Country Director, Percina's stories. Just in case you missed it, we will sum it all up by saying that Kurandza hasn't come to fruition overnight. Years of hard work, dreaming, and collaboration has led us to where we are today. 

One of our favorite parts about running a non-profit is the community of world-changing, strong women we’ve been inspired by over the years. Making a tangible difference in the lives of women around the world is the cornerstone of our mission at Kurandza and we love highlighting brands, influencers, bloggers, and really, anyone, on a mission to do the same.

The Kurandza team is hiring an awesome virtual assistant!

The Role: We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant who will provide administrative and logistical support to Kurandza’s Founder, Elisabetta. This person will be able to successfully work alongside Elisabetta and her team in Mozambique, as well as be strongly self-motivated and able to get work done without close supervision.
