How To Create Your Fundraising Page:

Provide your name and email to info@kurandza.org.
You’ll receive an email from Donorbox. Click on the login button to get started.
Next, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you’re a donor, you can sign in with your Donor login).
Click on the “Accept Invitation” button.
Customize your fundraising page:
1. You’ll have the option to upload your own photo and add a background image.
2. Scrolling down, you’ll see a field where you can add your own personal story to the campaign.
3. Add your individual goal.
4. Edit the donation receipt to your own liking (optional).
5. Once you’re done customizing your fundraising page, click on “Create Campaign.”
“Seed” your campaign: ask close family and friends to donate to your campaign by the end of August before you launch your campaign to the wider community (no one likes to be the first to donate, and this way you build some momentum off the bat!)

Kurandza is an incredible non-profit organization that provides holistic education and support for girls in Mozambique. I’m so excited to be part of Kurandza’s annual #ISTANDFORGIRLS campaign. A global fundraising effort to support 150 kids and their families with school supplies, uniforms, mentorship, financial literacy, and more.

Additional Fundraising Ideas

Send an email out to your circle and ask them to support. Click here for sample messaging that you can feel free to put in your own voice :)
Create a virtual fundraiser using your own fundraising link. Email info@kurandza.org to receive your unique fundraising link!
Add www.kurandza.org/istandforgirls or your fundraising link to your social media profile. Suggested messaging: "Join me in supporting the next generation of girls through education”
And don’t forget to ask family, friends, and clients to donate to your fundraiser.
Other ideas: donate your birthday, ask your church to join, do a raffle or auction, donate a % of proceeds of your business, do a giveaway, host a dinner, or sponsor 5 girls with 4 friends!
